Immersion in the world of a poet of walls
From June 19 to October 12, the Parcelle473 museum in Montpellier is honoring street artist Miss.Tic with an exhibition retracing her career and the legacy she leaves to urban art.
Some thirty works are presented, from the personal collection of the artist's gallerist and long-time friend, Lélia Mordoch, as well as from the private collections of Éric Brugier and Laurent Rigail, founders of the museum, not to mention exceptional loans from collectors. Among them are pieces from the 1990s to the 2020s, including some particularly rare English works.

"I have no mother tongue but my language" painting by Miss Tic - Collection of Lelia Mordoch
A pioneer of stencil art in Paris, Miss.Tic has established herself with a unique style: striking feminine silhouettes, accompanied by incisive, poetic, and provocative phrases. The exhibition also features installations, sculptures, paintings, and an intimate documentary about the artist, offering a comprehensive look at her approach and sensibility.
Through this retrospective, Parcelle473 offers a total immersion into her world, where each work interacts with the major themes that run through her entire career: freedom, femininity, and insolence. This is the spirit of the exhibition, reflected in its title: "Queen of Spades, Queen of Hearts."
